Fairytales From Around the World

Each week we will be creating artwork inspired by fairytales from around the world! Students will work with different materials to create their own artwork.

Students will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore different stories from different cultures.
  • Learn about storytelling through art.

I am a senior Art Education major at the U of A! I love working with all art materials, but my current favorite is printmaking! I have been creating art since I was little and always dreamed of sharing that with new, young minds.

I am a senior in Art and Visual Culture Education. I love creating art and crafting stories. I have experience with both digital and traditional mediums.

Creating art based on our favorite children’s books!

Materials

Pencil, paper, crayons, markers, glue, paint, and much more!

Objectives

Students will use their creativity and growing art skills to create projects inspired by well-known children’s books.
